Roving Secretary

We're looking for a Client Experience Partner (Roving Secretary) who will serve as the main representative of the Pettr App within assigned partner clinics. This role ensures seamless onboarding, engagement, and adoption of the Pettr platform — driving both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Work Details:

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Onsite)

Monthly Salary: ₱21,000–₱22,000 + Communication and travel allowances

Duration: Project-Based

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for the Pettr App within partner clinics.
• Onboard and train clinic staff to use the app effectively.
• Facilitate transfer of patient records into Pettr's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Promote app downloads and usage among clinic customers.
• Provide feedback to improve app usability and clinic experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in administrative roles, customer service, or sales (preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting).
• Atleast Senior High School graduate or undergraduate
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and computer systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel across assigned clinic areas (Cainta, Angono, and Taytay).
