- Communication: Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate individuals.
- Mail Management: Sorting, distributing, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scheduling: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining organized filing systems (both physical and digital), updating records, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Data Entry: Inputting information into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs.
- General Administrative Support: Assisting with document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and other tasks as needed.
- Customer Service: Greeting visitors, providing information, and addressing inquiries.
