We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Brow Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in brow shaping, tinting, waxing, threading, lamination, and overall brow enhancement. A passion for beauty, excellent customer service, and precision are essential in delivering personalized, flawless brow services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their brow preferences and facial features
  • Perform brow services including shaping, waxing, threading, tinting, and lamination
  • Maintain clean and sanitized tools, equipment, and workstations
  • Recommend aftercare products and maintenance routines to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and products
  • Build and retain a strong client base through exceptional service and professional demeanor
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage appointments, maintain accurate client records, and track service history
  • Upsell additional services and products when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • At least elementary graduate
  • No experience needed but relevant experience is an advantage
  • Sales and customer-oriented
  • Amenable to work in mall working hours
  • Experience in retail, beauty, wellness and other related industries is an advantage
