Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
  • Greet guests politely and assist them in finding seats.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set for the next guests.
  • Refill water, beverages, and condiments as needed.
  • Assist in clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address basic guest inquiries.
  • Support other team members and perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related course.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions.
