Organizational Development Specialist/Supervisor

About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Organizational Development (OD) Specialist/Supervisor who will support and drive key OD initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, improve employee effectiveness, and support business growth. This role will lead in analyzing structures, developing job documentation, implementing OD programs, and enhancing core HR systems including competencies, performance management, job evaluation, talent management, and HR analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Structure Optimization
Analyze, document, and recommend improved organizational structures, manpower requirements, and reporting relationships.
- Conduct organizational audits and prepare structure proposals aligned with business goals.
Job Documentation & HR Frameworks
Establish, review, and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs) for all departments.
- Assist in the development, updating, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Competency & Performance Systems
Assist and coordinate the establishment and maintenance of competency inventories, competency-based frameworks, and job leveling.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the Performance Management System, including tools, metrics, calibration, and documentation.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
Support and initiate talent management initiatives, including leadership development and capability-building programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Succession Planning frameworks.
Job Evaluation & Compensation Frameworks
Conduct job evaluation and job analysis to support the establishment and maintenance of job grading, job levelling, and salary structures.
OD Interventions & Organizational Programs
Conceptualize, coordinate, and support the rollout of OD interventions that enhance employee effectiveness and organizational health.
- Partner with department heads to identify development needs and provide OD recommendations.
HR Metrics & Analytics
Develop, maintain, and update HR metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics reports to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or any related field.
- At least 2–5 years experience in Organizational Development, HR Planning, HR Systems, or related HR functions.
- Fresh graduates who are express willingness to be trained are encouraged to apply.
- Strong skills in organizational analysis, documentation, data interpretation, and project coordination.
- Background in competency modeling, performance management, job evaluation, and HR policy development is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge in HRIS or analytics tools is an advantage.
