Cinema Supervisor

Responsible in supporting the Branch Management Team in ensuring profitable operations of Cinema in accordance with Management's directives and income expectations through monitoring, reviewing and analyzing information relative to the utilization of Cinema facilities, compliance to standards in operations, workforce and personnel planning that will impact Cinema operations performance along with excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors personnel work assignment, attendance and appearance.
• Provides reports required by management, including monitoring of hourly sales.
• Reviews screening time schedule for ratings and admission prices.
• Monitors cinema housekeeping, check facilities, including proper installation of standees, advertisements and posters.
• Handles customer complaints on refund, transfer procedure, cinema rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least four (4) years of experience in related field, preferably in the fast food industry.
• Must have at least (2) years supervisory experience in similar or related job.
• Must be willing to work on extended working hours, holidays and shifting schedule.
• Has good communication, leadership, and customer-service skills.
