Senior ArchiCAD or Revit Architect (Subic or Clark office)ABE Architecture OutsourcedNegotiableJob DescriptionDescriptionThe ideal candidate will be a qualified Senior Architect and drafter and/or architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using Graphisoft ArchiCAD & or Autodesk Revit in both 2D and 3D. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

This role is published for the support of our Australian tier 1 interior design architectural company. Works have been featured in publications and media alike. ResponsibilitiesCreate plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project

Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal virtual space in Graphisoft ArchiCAD or Autodesk RevitCollaborate with various foreign clients in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Manage a large team of staff and practice leadership skills

Assist with office life as senior personnel of the companyQualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture4 years of experience in construction and architecture

Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
