School Chef

• Develop and document semester-based kitchen work plans and summaries to ensure orderly operations.
• Assist the health care professional and nutritionist in designing monthly staff meal menus and provide recommendations for children's menus to meet international dietary standards.
• Strictly comply with local food safety regulations to maintain kitchen hygiene, proper disinfection, and food preservation, preventing foodborne illnesses.
• Supervise kitchen staff in conserving water, electricity, gas, and food, minimizing waste while maximizing usable portions.
• Maintain communication with suppliers for timely, high-quality deliveries and verify valid licenses
• Strictly follow nutritionist-designed children's menus, adjusting portions based on attendance to minimize leftovers.
• Must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate in Culinary or equivalent
• Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
