Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
Identifies good sources or providers of qualified applicants. Keep in touch with schools, employment agencies, etc.
Determines training needs of officers and employees.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
Installs a job performance evaluation for officers and employees.
Encourages healthy and constructive internal communications, horizontally and vertically within the organization
Addresses employees' complaints and grievances with the active participation of the department heads concerned.
Develops a reward and punishment program for the entire organization where excellent performers with excellent work ethics are rewarded and recognized.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
Working closely with various departments and assisting managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Deals with problem officer and employee which are usually initiated by the supervising officer or department head.
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records both contractual and regular.
Process documents to be submitted to respective Government Agencies such (i.e PAG-IBIG, Philhealth, SSS, etc.)
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
Performs such other related functions as may be assigned by the Group HR Manager from time to time.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tagaytay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
