Job Overview:

The Live Seller is responsible for hosting engaging and persuasive livestream sessions to promote and sell products via social commerce platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, or Lazada Live. The role focuses on driving real-time sales, educating viewers about the product, addressing customer questions, and maintaining a lively, on-brand presence.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Host Daily Live Sessions
  • Conduct planned, high-energy live stream sessions to showcase products.
  • Follow approved scripts, selling points, and promotional offers.
  • Product Knowledge and Demonstration
  • Demonstrate the usage, benefits, and USP of products in an informative and entertaining way.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions.
  • Sales and Conversion Focus
  • Drive viewer engagement and convert views to purchases in real time.
  • Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies during live sessions.
  • Audience Engagement
  • Interact with viewers through chat and verbal communication.
  • Answer product-related inquiries and customer concerns professionally.
  • Content & Feedback Coordination
  • Coordinate with marketing for livestream scripts, product briefs, and promotion mechanics.
  • Provide insights and feedback from live sessions for improvement.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Monitor live session analytics such as viewer count, engagement rate, and sales generated.
  • Suggest improvements based on viewer feedback and metrics.
  • Platform Familiarity
  • Ensure a working understanding of live streaming features (e.g., product linking, effects, pinned products, etc.) across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php18,100.00 per month
