About the Job

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Drive high-volume hiring for BPO roles as well as executive and C-Suite recruitment, aligning talent acquisition with business goals.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and recruitment marketing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand staffing needs and deliver customized hiring solutions.
  • Provide data-driven insights through market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of BPO recruitment experience, with proven success in both high-volume and executive-level hiring
  • Candidates must possess technical background and Passive sourcing experience
  • Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of Philippine BPO market trends, talent strategies, and recruitment best practices
  • Willingness to work onsite at Global One, Eastwood City.
