Role:We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Java Developer with strong proficiency in Spring Boot to contribute to the development of high-quality, scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Java programming, hands-on experience with Spring Boot, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Maintenance:Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot.

Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications and third-party services. Collaboration:Work closely with senior developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements. Participate in design and planning sessions to understand project requirements and objectives.

Optimization:Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability. Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues in a timely manner. Code Quality:Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following established coding standards.

Participate in code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Learning & Growth:Stay up to date with the latest Java and Spring Boot technologies. Continuously improve technical skills and share knowledge with team members.

Qualifications:5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Java development, including a strong focus on Spring Boot. Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.Basic understanding of ORM tools like Hibernate or JPA.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Ability to write unit and integration tests using frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.

Exposure to messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka. Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello. Benefits:Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.
