We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator with experience in Client Services Administration to support our sales operations and ensure a smooth client journey from onboarding to ongoing support.
What You'll Do
Provide administrative support to the Sales and Client Services teams
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding sales documentation and service coordination
Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documents
Maintain accurate sales and client records in CRM and internal systems
Coordinate client onboarding requirements and documentation
Track sales activities, renewals, and deliverables to ensure timely follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to support seamless service delivery
Assist in preparing reports and sales performance updates
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Sales Admin, Client Services Admin, or similar role
Strong background in client coordination and administrative support
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
