Sucat, Philippines Loc & Stor 247 Full time ₱270,000 - ₱324,000 per year

Under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager, the Storage Specialist helps promote and grow the company within the Philippines and primarily acts as a front liner in dealing with customers and provides exceptional customer service, performs admin roles and documentation, and ensures facility goals are met such as meeting occupancy and income goals. The Self-Storage Specialist is also responsible for ensuring that Loc&Stor 24/7, Inc. facility is properly maintained.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides world-class customer service by building stronger customer relationships with our current clients and identifies and nurtures potential new clients.
  • Enters customer and potential customer details accurately into the management system
  • Ensures accurate reporting (using management software) and explains discrepancies, exceptions, and abnormalities daily and monthly.
  • Supports the development and documentation of company operational procedures.
  • Promotes Loc&Stor 24/7, Inc. product at the business site, via email, over the phone, and occasionally through customer visits.
  • Resolves customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries
  • Sells and Rents in-store merchandise and maintains supplies of moving and packing materials
  • Maintains all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner as directed by the management.
  • Assists in following up overdue tenants and sending out invoices when needed.
  • Conducts physical Site Inspection of the self-storage facility and supports the auditing of the facility and operations.
  • Assists in ensuring a neat, clean, safe, secure, and world-class facility by maintaining a world-class facility.
  • Provides general administrative support and other related self-storage specialist tasks as required by the management.
  • Provides temporary relief and support in other facilities when fellow Storage Specialists are unable to report to their assigned sites (New Port, Makati, and Sucat)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience handling customer service or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in M365 (Excel, SharePoint, word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focus & strong interpersonal skills.
  • Pays attention to detail, and multi-tasker.
  • A team player and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to travel and render support in other facilities, including New Port, Makati, and Sucat.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php27,000.00 per month
