Assisting the implementation, maintenance and support of our networking and security solutions.

Maintenance of firewalls, other security products and Cisco routers and switches. Troubleshooting issues as the arise and provide support for network outages or malfunctions. Aid other team if they need additional Engineers for the inventory, HAT, project implementation, warranty and MA support.

Prepare and submit DOR and trouble analysis report. Create and review MOP's and post-installation documentation. Work with cross functional teams to understand the requirements and provide technical support.

RequirementsGraduate of Bachelor's Degree3-4 years of security and/or network engineer experience

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet.Experience in configuring and managing Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls

Experience in firmware upgrade

Proven experience in network security

Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management and incident response

Experience/background in network security, threat prevention and intrusion detection/prevention

Familiarity with security protocols, VPN's and enterprise security policies

Background with wireless and other Cisco products.Relevant certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, NSE4-7 preferred
