Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor ensures efficient and safe warehouse operations. Oversees daily stock handling, enforces standard procedures, mentors team members, and maintains smooth coordination between the warehouse and selling areas. Acts as a backup lead.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the proper implementation of quality customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provides excellent service to customers and internal departments.
  • Oversees the smooth and timely flow of daily warehouse transactions.
  • Trains new employees on warehouse tasks and facilitates hands-on job orientation.
  • Assists in preparing and managing shift schedules of warehouse personnel.
  • Evaluates the performance of subordinates in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Supports in organizing stock movement from the warehouse to the selling area and assists in loading/unloading.
  • Performs and enforces warehouse processes based on standard operating procedures.
  • Regularly checks cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Strictly enforces safety measures and protocols within the warehouse area.
  • Reports any incidents in the warehouse to the immediate supervisor or concerned department.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 2- or 4-year vocational or college course related to Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Industrial Technology.
  • With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Prior experience in supervising staff or leading a small team is an advantage.
  • Senior High School graduates with extensive warehouse experience may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
