Qualifications:

A graduate of Information Technology/Computer studies and closely related fields
2 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of hardware and technical software operations for a medium to large scale computer installation

Responsibilities:

Set-up and install computer hardware and software (disk, tape, printers, modems, CCTV, and related peripherals)
Perform maintenance, repairs, and monitor computer hardware including backup recovery and equipment such as CCTV systems, cellular phones and other electronic gadgets
Train users on computer hard/software and other electronic office equipment
Monitor operational performance and troubleshoot problems; isolate cause of system failures
Research and recommend purchase of computer, network, and other office equipment
Design, install, support and integrate centralized and distributed network hardware, operating systems, and applications
Plan, design, execute company web page that will facilitate fast and secure communication within the company and transactions with external customers
