What You'll Do:

- Greet customers warmly and professionally-it all starts with a smile

- Handle high customer traffic with patience, enthusiasm, and care.

- Listen to customer needs and offer helpful recommendations.

- Share product knowledge, promotions, and discounts to guide buying decisions.

- Help customers find products that match their preferences and skin concerns.

- Keep the store looking fabulous by organizing displays and shelves.

- Support the team in maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

- Work closely with your teammates to deliver top-notch customer service.

- Use effective sales techniques to boost customer satisfaction and store performance.

- Communicate customer feedback or concerns to store management.

- Follow company policies and procedures (including loss prevention rules).

- Handle purchases-cash or card-accurately and efficiently.

- Operate the cash register and manage transactions smoothly.

- Count the cash drawer at the start of your shift to ensure everything's in order.

- Keep track of daily sales and record all transactions.

- Make sure the sales floor always looks polished and inviting, including signage and product presentation.

What We're Looking For:

- High school graduate or college undergraduate (any course welcome)

- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service

- Experience in store operations is a big plus

- A natural at customer service with strong people skills

- Energetic, approachable, and a great team player
