Job Description

  • Provide immediate medical assistance to employees for injuries or illnesses occurring in the workplace.
  • Conduct regular health assessments, monitoring, and documentation for employees.
  • Administer first aid treatment and, if necessary, coordinate referrals to hospitals or clinics.
  • Maintain and update employee medical and health records in compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Monitor workplace conditions and recommend measures to ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Assist in health education and wellness programs to promote a healthy workforce.
  • Manage and maintain medical supplies, first aid kits, and clinic equipment.
  • Support HR in health-related concerns such as pre-employment medical requirements, sickness reports, and return-to-work clearances.
  • Provide guidance on occupational health policies and assist in implementing safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
  • Occupational Health Nurse training or certification is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and make sound medical decisions.
