Job Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the marketing, sales, and product teams by maintaining and updating visual assets. This role focuses on production-level design tasks, ensuring brand consistency across all templates, and assisting in the organization of digital assets to support revenue-generating activities.

Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

Design Revision & Production

·Material Updates: Edit, revise, and update existing product, sales, and marketing materials to ensure they remain current.

·Template Management: Perform copy updates and simple layout adjustments within established templates and brand guidelines.

·Branding Adjustments: Execute light design or rebranding work, such as adjusting colors, layouts, or branding on externally provided materials.

Mockups & Visual Support

·Mockup Creation: Create or refine simple mockups based on existing references to assist with project visualizations.

·PowerPoint Enhancement: Apply structured edits in PowerPoint, primarily reorganizing, beautifying, and updating content based on team feedback.

Asset Management & Support

·SharePoint Coordination: Assist in managing MST-Marketing assets, including the potential setup and maintenance of a SharePoint "Sandbox" for unfinalized materials.

·Video Support: Perform infrequent basic video edits as required by the team.

Safety & Compliance

·Prioritize safety by adhering to all Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) regulations and Manufacturing Quality Standards. · Ensure compliance with all site rules and regulations.

Education / Work Experience/Qualifications

· Preferably a graduate ofBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Graphic Design

· Production-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is essential.

· Advanced ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint for content reorganization and aesthetic improvements.

· Strong focus on accuracy when handling technical specifications, data tables, and complex document revisions.

· Excellent communication skills in both Tagalog and English for effective internal coordination.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities from different stakeholders.
