School Physician

JOB DUTIES:

• Establishes health screening program for early detection and prevention of common infections.
• Maintains the health and safety standards in the working environment.
• Conducts pre-employment physical and medical examination to applicants to determine if they are fit for work.
• Conducts annual physical examination to bona fide students and employees.
• Issues medical certificate to employees who have availed of the sick leave benefit.
• Issues medical certificates/clearances to employees and students who will participate in physical and athletic activities of the school.
• Acts as first aide and medical team supervisor during school non-academic activities and programs.
• Provides clinical supervision together with the School Nurse to the students assigned at the Health Services Office.
• Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may deem necessary by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php2,400.00 per day

License/Certification:

• PRC License as Physician (Required)
