WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Management Trainee will directly report to the Special Project Office and will be responsible for priority projects as identified by the President and CEO to drive continuous excellence, process efficiencies and value adding initiatives to PCPPI's Business Value Chain. He/She is expected to:

  • Work with different Function Heads and stakeholders in establishing processes
  • Maintain integrated view of all company-wide projects
  • Execution of certain priority initiatives (end-to-end)
  • Ensure plan is achievable
  • Maintain project backlog, resource planning, risks and tracking
  • Report progress and escalate decisions/risks
  • Coordinate development of risk mitigation recommendations
  • Ensure inter-departmental communication and integrated execution while managing the pace of decision-making

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Graduate of any course.
  • Fresh graduate
  • Experience working in a start-up company is a plus
  • Capable to lead, plan, and develop FI Projects
  • Leadership Skills: Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling (PLOC), Manage Results Through Others, Internal and External Collaboration
  • Advance skills in MS Excel and Reports Preparation
  • Highly mobile
