Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in telecom operations, preferably in cable landing stations or network operations centers.
Proven experience supervising technical teams in network operations.
Strong knowledge of submarine and terrestrial cable systems, network equipment, and monitoring tools.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Certification in network operations, fiber optics, or cable systems is a plus.
Familiarity with network protocols, fault management, and testing procedures.
Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities under operational pressure.
