Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's food products to existing and potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and objectives
- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within approved company guidelines
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams regarding orders, deliveries, and collections
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and ethical sales practices
Qualifications and Requirements
- College level or college graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Experience handling distributors, retailers, or key accounts is an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willing to do fieldwork, client visits, and travel as required
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office); CRM experience is a plus
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
