Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's food products to existing and potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and objectives
  • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within approved company guidelines
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams regarding orders, deliveries, and collections
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and ethical sales practices

Qualifications and Requirements

  • College level or college graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Experience handling distributors, retailers, or key accounts is an advantage
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork, client visits, and travel as required
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office); CRM experience is a plus
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
