About WPS
Wilhelmsen Port Services (WPS) delivers seamless port experiences to vessels around the world. As a global leader in ships agency and marine services, we ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations at every port call.

Purpose
To manage customer requirements in accordance with established Hub Agreements and ensure smooth execution of port calls through close coordination with customers, local agents, and vendors.

Interrelations
This position reports to the Hub Agency Manager and works closely with Sales and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities related to assigned Hub Agreements.

  • Ensure all port call appointments are promptly handled and assigned to the appropriate local agent.

  • Monitor and follow up on port calls to ensure customer expectations are met.

  • Liaise with local port agents for operational updates and DA requirements.

  • Provide ships agency support and advice to customers, Hub team, and Sales.

  • Support the WPS network on administrative, technical, and commercial matters.

  • Use customer insights to promote WPS products and develop proactive solutions.

  • Assist Sales in conceptualizing and pricing Hub Agreements.

  • Maintain accurate agency agreement data in company IT systems.

  • Work with Sales/Key Account Managers to ensure budget achievement and contract compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to ships agency.

  • Provide regular feedback on technical, service quality, and commercial issues.

  • Gather data for dispute resolution and follow up on complaints/non-compliances.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, or minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in ships agency operations or the maritime/shipping industry.

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools
