Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in General Trias, Cavite. The Payroll Specialist will handle the end-to-end payroll process, including payroll administration, tax computation, processing employee salaries, and addressing garnishments. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, maintaining accurate employee records, and coordinating closely with internal teams to manage payroll services efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Understanding of Payroll Taxes and compliance standards
- Experience with managing Garnishments and Payroll Services
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using payroll software and related tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is an advantage
