  • Delivery Assistance: Help the driver with directions, navigation, and carrying items to the customer's location.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers, obtain signatures, collect payments, and resolve minor issues
  • Documentation: Complete delivery receipts, transmittal reports, and report discrepancies.
  • Vehicle & Inventory: Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and assist with stock management.
  • Safety: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures during the delivery process.
