Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Financial Advisor or Insurance Agent. The role involves financial planning, retirement planning, and providing financial advisory services. Day-to-day tasks include working with clients to understand their financial needs, recommending suitable investment and insurance products, and managing client portfolios. Additionally, it involves maintaining regular communication with clients and staying updated with market trends.

Qualifications

  • Must be residing in Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-lapu City Cebu, or Metro Cebu

Educational Background

  • At least college level or degree holders.
  • Knowledge in finance, business, or marketing is an advantage.

Licensing & Certification

  • Must pass the
    Insurance Commission (IC) licensing exam.
  • Completion of required training or pre-licensing seminars.

Skills & Personal Qualities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Experience (optional but preferred)

  • Background in sales, banking, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are often accepted if they show potential.

Other Requirements

  • Must be of legal age (at least 18 years old).
  • Valid government-issued ID.
  • Willingness to undergo continuous training and meet performance targets.
  • Comfortable for commissioned based earnings, bonuses.
