Warehouseman

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing warehouse operations including receiving, handling, storing, and dispatching merchandise. The Warehouseman ensures strict adherence to safety and operational procedures, supports frontline service as needed, and contributes to a smooth and efficient store operation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers.
• Works with urgency, energy, and commitment to deliver efficient support services.
• Reports relevant concerns or issues to the immediate supervisor as necessary.
• Performs all warehouse processes and procedures in accordance with company standards.
• Assists in the counter area as a bagger when needed.
• Performs tasks quickly and accurately, maintaining work quality
• Maintains openness to feedback and ongoing learning
• Practice the safety in the workplace
• Assists customers in the selling area when required.
• Performs other tasks and duties assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory handling; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Can work independently or as part of a team.
• Honest, reliable, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
