About the role

Net Pacific, Inc.' is seeking an experienced Project In Charge (ECE) to join our team in Bamban Tarlac. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering our electrical and electronic engineering projects to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical and electronic engineering projects
2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project integration
4. Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies
5. Ensure project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, are accurate and up-to-date
6. Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
7. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address project-related concerns

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field
2. Experience as Project In Charge or similar role within the construction industry is an advantage.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects
4. Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering principles, practices, and regulations
5. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
7. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
