Assist in Qualifying/Punch Listing Unit Status:

Collaborate with the Turnover Associates to provide assistance in the review and assessment of the physical status of units and parking slots as endorsed by the Construction Management Department.

Assist in identifying punch list items for resolution before client acceptance.

Survey and Validate Units/Parking Slots:
-
Conduct surveys and validations of ongoing and completed units and parking slots to ensure they meet quality standards before turnover to clients.

Document findings and report discrepancies for prompt resolution.

Maintain Developer's Inventory:
-
Keep accurate records of developer's inventory, including units, parking slots, and associated equipment.
-
Prepare periodic reports to monitor the progress of works and inventory status.

Basic Repairs and Maintenance:
-
Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks to upkeep developer's inventory, ensuring functionality and aesthetic standards are met under supervision.

Provide support to senior technicians during complex installations or troubleshooting tasks.

Learn and apply technical knowledge through on-the-job training and mentoring
-
Assist in conducting quality checks to ensure installations meet standards and client requirements.

Coordinate with Departments:

Liaise with various departments involved in turnover processes, both internal and external, to facilitate smooth service transitions.

Ensure timely communication and collaboration to resolve issues and meet project deadlines.

Document Management:
-
Maintain a comprehensive record of all pertinent documents related to maintenance activities.

Ad hoc Duties:
-
Assist in preparing reports related to maintaining the developer's inventory and turnover activities.
-
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
QUALFICATIONS
-
Graduate of High School or Technical/Vocational Course;

With 5 years solid experience in a real estate setting, assisting concerned department in Housekeeping, Monitoring, Filing, Repair and Inspection & Maintenance of all units

Knowledgeable in Electrical, Basic Plumbing, and Repair Maintenance works

Has prior experience in punch listing and filling of documents
