Location:
Manila (Hybrid Setup)

Level:
Associate to Mid-Level (3–10 years experience)

Salary:
PHP 40,000 – PHP 110,000/month (based on experience)

Bonus:
Up to PHP 80,000 Joining Bonus for October hires

Key Responsibilities

Java / Jakarta EE Developer

  • Develop and maintain robust web services
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Lead and mentor junior developers
  • Track milestones and report progress to clients
  • Solve complex technical challenges with strategic thinking
  • Define and uphold coding standards and technical direction

Spring Boot Developer

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Spring Boot applications
  • Convert business requirements into well-structured technical specs
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
  • Guide and support junior/mid-level developers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools
