IT Staff

• Graduate of BS IT, Computer Science, or any related course
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Proficient with different types of OS
• With good communication skills in both writing and oral
• Active listener and speaker
• Can work in San Pedro, Laguna

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

• Provide IT&T support on PC and laptop devices; hardware and software installation and maintenance services.
• Provides end user technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software and other computer services.
• IT Assistant jobs involve providing technical support related to both hardware and software.
• Requires expertise in computer networks and often certification through specific software or hardware vendors.
