Job Brief
We are looking for a detail-driven, creative, and organised Photography Re-toucher to join our post-production team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role focuses on high-end retouching of luxury property imagery, balancing realism with polish while maintaining architectural integrity and consistency. Alongside editing, you will assist with post-production admin tasks, file management, and client delivery.
Responsibilities
Download, sort, and organise photographer uploads into job folders.
Conduct basic image prep: cropping, exposure adjustments, and file formatting.
Assist editors with job folder setup and workflow management.
Conduct proof checking and quality control of returned edits before delivery.
Manage final export and delivery of assets to clients.
Update job tracking sheets and booking systems.
Send client confirmations and assist with inbox management.
Support invoicing preparation and light admin tasks as required.
Requirements
Experience in photo retouching, ideally in property, architecture, or editorial photography.
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for basic corrections and adjustments.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, particularly for floorplan work and simple graphic edits.
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task across jobs, systems, and communication threads.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Based in the Philippines, available 3 days per week during Australian business hours.
A self-starter who can work independently and manage workload without close supervision.
Desirable
Interest in property, design, or visual storytelling.
Previous experience in administration or client-facing roles.
Familiarity with digital job tracking tools or file delivery platforms.
Software Proficiency
Photo Editing: Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop
Graphics: Adobe Illustrator
Admin & Comms: Gmail, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Excel/Sheets
Optional: Job tracking tools, invoicing or CRM systems (training provided)
