About the role

Philex Sea & Air Inc. is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our dynamic team in our Manila City Metro Manila location. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods throughout the region. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate and maintain company trucks to deliver goods to various destinations Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs Maintain detailed logs of driving activities, routes, and deliveries Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed Provide excellent customer service to clients by delivering goods on time and in good condition

What we're looking for

Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of experience driving commercial trucks Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and delivery routes in the Manila Metro area Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently Basic mathematical and record-keeping skills
