ImpEX Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Import and Export

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and process various import/export documents, such as airway bills, cargo manifests, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
• Customs Clearance: Liaise with customs brokers and agencies to ensure smooth and compliant clearance of goods.
• Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other departments to manage the shipment process from origin to destination.
• Logistics Monitoring: Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions and related documents.
• PEZA/BOC Compliance: In the Philippines, ensure all operations comply with the regulations set by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and the Bureau of Customs (BOC).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php22,000.00 per month
