PROCESS


•Conduct technical analysis, build and unit testing, quality assurance, system test and implement in accordance with the IT development life cycle


•Test and deploy all software & bundled patches


•Deploy code changes and updates


•Monitor servers and applications


•Document deployments and configuration changes


•Continuous improvement and optimization for consistency and sustainability


•Participate in passive out-of-hours support roster

TECHNOLOGY


• Responsible for the administration and management of BizTalk/Logic Apps middleware environment


• Participate in Service Oriented Architecture & BizTalk disaster recovery exercises


• Performance tuning and optimization of existing middleware environments

KEY SKILLS


• Responsible for architecting and overseeing all technical aspects of the integration team


• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate and convey information concisely


• Highly effective communication skills, in particular, an ability to explain complex architectural issues and concepts to IT Management and senior business stakeholders


• Able to investigate, identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently


• Capability to make informed decisions on a wide range of complex business and technical issues to reduce the business impact


• Ability to work as part of a team but also self-reliant and able to work independently

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent


• 5+ years relevant experience working as an application developer


• 3+ years relevant experience working as a lead developer


• Experience in delivering IT technical services and process in line with ITIL methodology


• Experience in developing integration architectures in large organizations with mixed-matrix IT environments


• Experience in design, development, and support of BizTalk 2020, Logic Apps applications and AS2.


• Knowledge of other middleware tools is bonus


• Solid Development background in the following technologies and standard EDI: C#, .Net, SQL, IIS, EDIFACT and X12


• Experience with source code management systems e.g. Team Foundation Server, GIT, and VSS


• Experience with SAP Adapter implementation and REST Services experience


• Experience with Amazon Web Services
