Full Job Description

• Supervise day-to-day operations during shifts, ensuring all areas run efficiently.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage shift schedules and delegate tasks efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and health standards are upheld.
• Monitor inventory levels; assist with stock orders, deliveries, and waste control.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor new and existing employees.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security.
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php30,000.00 per month
