IT Staff

Job description:

The IT Staff/ AV Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance, managing company computer systems, operating software and equipments, responding and coordinating with all the department in terms of technical issues and request. Monitoring and resolving daily technical issues, providing administrative support and other related duties assigned by the manager.

• Monitoring and maintaining the company computer systems and networks
• Providing technical support to all department
• Responding and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
• Testing, repairing, and replacing equipment
• Installs and configures software and hardware
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
• Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting audio, video and TV equipment.
• Liaising with clients for large events to understand their requirements.
• Preparing and positioning audio, video equipment for broadcasts and recordings.
• Connecting, tuning, and configuring AV setups to ensure high-quality broadcasting.
• Operating software to control AV technologies.
• Responsible to do quality assurance to audio and video projects based on standards prior acceptance or signed off.
• Candidates must be at least a graduate of any 4 year related technical courses.
• Preferably with at least 1-year relevant work experience.
• Technical understanding of AV and IT systems.
• Up-to-date awareness of AV technologies and their features.
• Can work well independently and in a team.
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Full time position available.
