Job Description

1. Establish sales strategy and develop potential customers

  • Evaluate and establish contacts with potential independent labels/artists
  • Participation in the negotiation and signing of contracts with customers and propose the best package
  • Analyse and track sales performance and other related business processes

2. Plan and implement distribution services for labels/artists

  • Manage content for labels/artists and optimize content performance on the platform
  • Coordinate with regional and global Editorial Marketing teams to obtain the best platform resources for customers
  • Listen and understand the real needs of customers with a quick response, constantly improve service quality

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience experience in the music industry label, distributor or technology-facing role at a management organization.
  • Previous account management experience is a plus.
  • Passion for dance and electronic music, new artists and good knowledge of the current Philippines and global music market and trends.
  • The ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and to timelines with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the changing market. Extremely digital savvy and quick to adopt trends.
  • Artist focused and passionate about the Independent Music Industry with a good knowledge of the independent ecosystem and digital landscape.
  • Strong relationship building skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Creative interest in digital technologies and digital marketing opportunities especially the streaming landscape.
  • A diligent self-starter who is ready to learn and will also take the initiative
