The Desktop Publisher is responsible for designing, formatting, and producing high-quality documents and materials for print and digital distribution. This role involves working closely with content creators, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual appeal across all published materials.

Key Responsibilities:

· Format and layout text, images, and graphics for brochures, manuals, reports, presentations, and other documents.

· Ensure consistency in style, fonts, and branding across all materials.

· Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers to finalize content and design.

· Prepare files for printing or digital publication, ensuring compliance with production specifications.

· Review and proofread documents for errors in grammar, layout, and formatting.

· Maintain templates and style guides for various document types.

· Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

What You'll Bring:

· Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Communications, Publishing, or a related field.

· yrs proven experience in desktop publishing or graphic design.

· Proficiency in publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Experience with web publishing tools and content management systems.

· Knowledge of printing processes and digital publishing standards.

· Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital documents.
