Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving of Stocks
  • Issuance of Stocks to Store Management Team
  • Encoding of Deliveries on SAP System
  • Double Checking of Encoding of ALC Assistants on SAP
  • Validation and balancing of Issued Stocks to Store Operations vs POS tendered transactions.
  • Daily submission and documentation of DR's /SI Transmittal
  • Double Check Completeness of Store Team Sales Reports.
  • Consolidation of Sales Generated reports.

Key Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in supervisor position in relation to the field is required for this position.
  • With strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • With excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Keen to detail, vigilant, and trust-worthy.
