IT Support / SAP Business One Support

Job Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience in SAP Business One and Crystal Reporting.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

· Capable of managing expectations and effectively articulating technical details.

Job Description:

  • Design, develop and implement SAP Business One Solutions and customization and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide user training and support as needed.
  • Perform system configurations and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Provides technical support and IT services (hardware and software) to head office employees and the stores.
  • Set-up and assist with POS installation for new stores openings.
  • Collaborate with different service providers (ISP, Mall Admin, POS Vendor).\
  • Skilled in CCTV operation and installation.

As an IT Associate with experience in SAP and a broad range of IT components, you will play a pivotal role in managing the overall IT infrastructure of the organization. This position encompasses responsibilities ranging from SAP system support to general IT tasks, including hardware maintenance, CCTV system management, and user support. Your diverse skill set will contribute to the smooth operation of the entire IT landscape.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
