Job Summary:
Trend Assistant is hiring a mind-blowingly skilled Video Editor for a client with advanced VFX knowledge and a standout portfolio. You'll be working on short-form, cinematic wedding content and viral-style edits for social platforms. We're not looking for "just" an editor—we want someone who can tell stories visually and create edits that stop the scroll.
This role is ideal for someone with agency or creator experience who knows how to craft a hook, build emotion, and polish visuals to perfection.

What You'll Do:
Edit cinematic short-form wedding videos and event recaps
Add advanced visual effects, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design
Collaborate with clients or creative producers to match visual tone
Deliver assets formatted for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Maintain fast turnarounds and high-level consistency

Manage and organize project files efficiently

You're a Perfect Fit If You:
Have an AMAZING portfolio that showcases VFX and emotional storytelling
Have experience editing short-form wedding or event content
Work well without supervision and take full ownership of your edits
Know how to structure a 30-90 second video for high engagement
Have advanced knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Understand the latest visual trends on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
