FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Direct auditing process and can ensure that financial operations and controls meet standards and error-free; must be meticulous and analytical, with deep knowledge of auditing practices; reliable, with strong organizational skills, as well as expertise in risk management and compliance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.

● Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.

● Manage resources and audit assignments.

● Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.

● Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.

● Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.

● Perform the planning and execution of regulatory, financial, and operational audits, compliance audits and special projects.

● Write audit reports describing the results of audit reviews, findings requiring corrective actions & recommendations for improvements; conduct follow up reports on initial report findings.

● Present audit findings or any deficiencies and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency.

● Allocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditors.

● Review team members' work for accuracy and compliance.

● Perform effective risk and control assessments.

● Complete audits on time and submit reports to auditing manager.

OTHERS:

  1. Other functions that be assigned from time to time.

  2. Responsible for good housekeeping and safety in work area.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Degree in Internal Auditing, Financial Accounting or Financial Management.

· Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.

· Proven experience as an Internal Auditor for at least 3 to 5 years.

· In-depth understanding of auditing principles/standards and control practices.

· Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

· Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.

· Strong mathematical and highly developed analytical skills.

· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to comfortable communicate to all levels of management.

· Attentive to details, as well as organizational and leadership abilities with high integrity and reliability.

· Applicants must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
