Parts warehouseman

• Full responsibility for parts warehouse management.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, and placing orders in the delivery area.
• Maintaining inventory control by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Prepare summary and technical reports.
• Assign labor operation number and trouble codes to the warranty repair order.
• Prepare warranty claims according to the distributor procedure.
• Administer warranty claims under distributor procedure.
• Administer warranty parts identification, storage, and disposal.
• Responsible for parts quotation, parts pricing, and over-the-counter.
• Responsible for preparing payments to the supplier.

Qualifications*

• Graduate of any vocational course on automotive service or related field.
• Ability to identify and source parts.
• Preferably with related work experience in a car dealership.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Quick attention to detail.

Note: Qualified candidate will be deployed to our showroom located at 1502, 1007 Mendoza Guanzon st. Paco, Manila, Metro Manila.
