Job Description

The Analyst - Operations is responsible in providing services and products information and resolve emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.

• Access and monitor the client's Dashboard and prioritize cases by Earliest Service Date and Deadlines.

• Verify the client's contact information and good email address.

• Provide the client with your Concierge contact information

• Fill in all the information provided above from the client includes the Call tracking number and QR code (if applicable).

• Review the proof and ensure that it is accurate before sending it to the client.

• Ensure ad matches instructions and includes:
o Accurate phone, address, offers, and URLs.
o Functional call tracking number and QR code.
o Review for typos, branding, and clarity.
o Email proof and call client to notify.

• Managing expectations and deadlines are met.

• Notify client and their sales rep of the final copy and next mail date.

• Mark case Complete and Upload to Graphics

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience in a BPO environment.

• Strong Critical Thinking Skills: Proven ability to analyze situations, identify potential issues, and develop effective, data-driven solutions.

• Virtual Client Training: Able to effectively deliver and adapt training sessions in a virtual setting directly with clients.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to update records accurately.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, multi-tasker, and can effectively manage multiple demands.

• Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts
