Company Nurse

Job description:

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees during workplace incidents or illnesses
• Maintain and update employee health records and ensure confidentiality
• Conduct health assessments and coordinate annual physical exams, vaccinations, and other health-related activities
• Collaborate with the Safety Officer and HR Department in implementing health and safety programs
• Coordinate with LGUs, health centers, and hospitals for employee medical needs, government-mandated programs, and CSR initiatives
• Lead or support health and wellness campaigns, such as flu vaccination drives, blood donation, mental health awareness, etc.
• Monitor and maintain clinic supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, and company occupational health standards
• Provide reports and health data as needed for management and government compliance
• Support workplace safety inspections and help in implementing preventive measures against occupational hazards

Job Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) w/ valid PRC license
• With at least 1 - 2 years of experience as a Company Nurse (preferably in a food manufacturing environment)
• BOSH-trained (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) and/or certified First Aider is an advantage
• Experience in coordinating with LGUs for health, wellness, and CSR programs
• Proactive, mature, and reliable, with strong coordination and communication skills
• Creative in organizing health programs and safety-related campaign
• Experience in safety and health is also advantage
• Willing to start immediately
