IT Manager

We're in search of a strategic, forward-thinking, and results-driven IT leader to join our retail group as IT Manager. This role goes beyond managing systems—it's about driving business transformation, innovation, and operational excellence through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation roadmap.

• Oversee the stability, security, and scalability of IT operations across multiple retail stores and offices.

• Manage and support retail systems including POS, MMS (Merchandise Management System), inventory, and other enterprise applications.

• Spearhead the development, implementation, and improvement of in-house programs or systems that support business objectives.

• Align technology initiatives with business goals through measurable KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).

• Evaluate and deploy innovative solutions that improve store operations, customer experience, and business processes.

• Ensure robust data management, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery practices.

• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team focused on efficiency, accountability, and innovation.

• Collaborate closely with management and operations to ensure technology supports strategic growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in IT, preferably from a retail or FMCG company.

• Strong leadership background in infrastructure management, business systems, and retail applications.

• Familiar with MMS and other retail-related systems.

• Proficient in managing in-house software or system development.

• Demonstrated experience in setting and monitoring KRA/KPI frameworks and performance targets.

• Resourceful, strategic, results-oriented, and able to lead diverse technical teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Willing to work in Cainta, Rizal.
