Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to manage warm leads for our U.S.-based construction services clients. In this fast-paced role, you'll engage with prospects who have already expressed interest, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments with our sales specialists. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, a confident phone presence, and thrives in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming Facebook leads within 2.5 minutes of submission.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to warm prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on company-provided criteria.
  • Schedule appointments for sales specialists and ensure calendar accuracy.
  • Follow established scripts and calling processes while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Handle overflow cold calling during slower periods.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism on every call.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
  • Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and training to improve performance.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills — clear accent, professional tone, and confidence on calls.
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or phone-based sales.
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to build quick rapport.
  • Comfortable following scripts while keeping conversations natural and engaging.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Pacific business hours.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools.
  • Background in construction, home improvement, or B2C sales.
  • Experience handling inbound or warm leads.
  • Understanding of the U.S. market and customer culture.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding appointment goals.
